Summary of Job Duties: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Services Manager (CSM) to lead the daily operations of the UAMS Family Medical Center in Pine Bluff, AR. This pivotal role involves ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional patient care while fostering a culture of professional growth, quality outcomes, and employee satisfaction. The CSM will work closely with the Medical Director, Residency Director, physicians, and other organizational leaders to align operations with UAMS' vision, mission, and standards. Responsibilities include overseeing staffing for the nursing department, managing departmental budgets, implementing evidence-based practices, and driving initiatives to enhance patient and employee satisfaction. The CSM will also ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including those set by UAMS, insurance companies, and government agencies. This position requires a strategic leader who can collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, uphold UAMS' commitment to quality care, and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or actively pursing BSN With expected completion within one (1) year of hire
- Five (5) or more years of clinical experience in the field of Nursing
- At least three (3) years of experience in a leadership capacity
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arkansas.
- Current BLS certification or must successfully obtain certification within the first 30 days of employment.

Staffing for the Nursing Department: The CSM is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding qualified nursing staff for the department.
