Description
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Optimal BrainHealth for Warfighers program.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree; Three to five years experience in a field relevant to the program; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience in a field relevant to the program; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with and report to the Program lead to ensure successful execution of Optimal BrainHealth for Warfighters
- Have oversight of day-to-day operations of this program
- Have working command of SMART, SMART FiT, BrainHealth Index
- Be adept at knowledge transfer – translating SMART and BrainHealth Index to relevant military experience
- Engage with embedded coaching teams on train-the-trainer curriculum – coordinate with BrainHealth training team and provide feedback within train-the-trainer
- Have skill and comfort in public speaking
- Travel for in-person delivery of SMART to active duty teams
- Set up active duty teams to take online BrainHealth Index
- Collaborate with BrainHealth team to tailor content for military
- Collaborate with Emerging Technology team to ensure alignment of need with capability
- Collaborate with MARCOM team to generate communications for embedded coaches to disseminate to active duty teams regarding engagement expectations
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure accurate tracking of progress
- Work with BrainHealth Project platform and Talent LMS
- Collaborate with Project lead to plan and execute meeting with key stakeholders Participate / present in meetings with key stakeholders
- Engage in business development with SOCOM personnel
Additional Information
Hybrid remote work environment available and a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement is required upon employment. Use of personal computer and other standard office equipment may be required. Must be located within the DFW Area and have the ability to be on campus with 24 hours of notice.
