Description

Deliver IT services in person and remotely (see the Essential duties and responsibilities) with high personal integrity, customer service, and a security mindset. Being willing to learn on the job and work as part of a small team are important as current technical skill sets.

Minimum Education and Experience

Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent IT certifications or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor of Arts/Science in a relevant field, and hands-on experience in customer-facing IT and technical problem solving. Certifications such as Security+ are a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provides desktop support and other IT related services, including audio-visual support for in person and hybrid events. Administers user and group accounts. Performs routine backup of system and data files. Provides first tier computer support for desktop and server issues, escalating more complex problems to senior technical staff. Assign more complex problems to appropriate levels. Occasional evening or weekend hours will be required for event support.

Additional Information

Acceptable equivalent certifications include any of the following: CompTIA Certs (ITF+, Tech+, A+, Network+, Security+) Google IT Support Cert Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals Microsoft 365 Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals

A remote work schedule is not available for this position.
