Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the client experience to ensure exceptional service is provided with quick and accurate turnaround times, including preparing and reviewing all necessary documents for deposit accounts, completing treasury services as necessary, and escalating research requests.
  • Process complex flow of funds involving sequenced money movement to the multiple parties involved in tax credit structures.
  • Identify DV customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain a positive experience.
  • Act as the main treasury management point of contact for DV clients and take ownership of the completion of all requests.
  • Foster a culture of partnership and collaboration with internal business partners to drive alignment of consistent communication.
  • Act as a liaison and advocate on behalf of the client and ensure a continuation of care when additional internal expert involvement is needed.
  • Performs other duties as deemed necessary by management.
