Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Define and execute a clear, differentiated brand strategy for the Retail Bank, reflecting customer-centric values and regional leadership.
- Develop distinct brand identities for each consumer product, addressing well-defined customer needs and standing out in competitive categories.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints--digital, branch, product communications, and advertising.
- Lead multichannel marketing strategies to drive acquisition, deepen relationships, and improve retention.
- Optimize paid media ROI, CRM, SEO/SEM, and digital funnel performance, strategically reducing customer acquisition costs.
- Collaborate with product and customer experience teams to create go-to-market plans for innovative, customer-first products in deposits, lending, payments, and small business.
- Build and inspire a high-performing marketing team fostering a culture rooted in a customer-centric mindset and innovation.
- Leverage segmentation, behavioral data, and voice-of-customer feedback to optimize campaigns and customer journeys.
