Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

  • Define and execute a clear, differentiated brand strategy for the Retail Bank, reflecting customer-centric values and regional leadership.
  • Develop distinct brand identities for each consumer product, addressing well-defined customer needs and standing out in competitive categories.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints--digital, branch, product communications, and advertising.

  • Optimize paid media ROI, CRM, SEO/SEM, and digital funnel performance, strategically reducing customer acquisition costs.

  • Build and inspire a high-performing marketing team fostering a culture rooted in a customer-centric mindset and innovation.
  • Leverage segmentation, behavioral data, and voice-of-customer feedback to optimize campaigns and customer journeys.
