Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead of team of HR Business Partners supporting one or more business lines while serving as a lead strategic partner to executive level leaders.
  • Consult, coach, and mentor both managers and associates to identify the talent and business needs of their assigned business lines.
  • Partner with fellow colleagues in talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards, learning and development, HR solutions center, and diversity, equity, - inclusion, to innovate and execute on HR programs and processes including Performance Acceleration, Salary Administration, DEI and Engagement initiatives and Succession Planning to ensure effectiveness, compliance, inclusion, and equity within organization.
  • Provide management consultation and direction to assigned lines of business including specific issues relating to staff position descriptions, total rewards, performance management, learning and development, policy implementation, and all new and on-going HR initiatives.
  • Communicate company policies, procedures and programs ensuring that internal customers are aware of HR initiatives designed to support and enhance company culture across all channels.
  • Partner with ER team to review results of exit interviews, or employee relations investigations to identify issues and make recommendations for improvement/resolution to management.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and governmental reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are compliant.
  • Help drive change management to support the company's continued transition to the workplace of the future. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continuous improvements to business lines.
  • Leverage HR data to inform and influence key decisions, process improvements and policy changes to establish business line goals.
  • Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.
  • Partner with HR colleagues on project-related activities.
  • Provides mentoring and support to other HR Business Partners and HR colleagues.
