Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide technical assistance to resolve complex customer service issues both internally and externally that may require additional research and communication with other departments in the bank. Follow through to customer resolution.
  • Maintain database to log and track customer issues.
  • Charges customers for banking services. Ensure that pricing of products and services provided is accurate.
  • Assists in the performance of tasks when needed, i.e., unusual problems or questions, explaining procedures to new employees, etc.
  • Assists in creating and maintaining operation procedure manuals for products and services.
  • Maintain records and files for all related source documents pertaining to products and services offered.
