Security Supervisor

An opportunity exists on our highly accomplished resident services team to supervise the security personnel. The selected candidate is responsible for maintaining security and safety at all times, in all areas of the community grounds, including initial response to medical alerts, initial response to fire and intrusion alarms, accident and incident investigation and reporting.

• Qualified applicants are required to possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Security Management.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Associate Degree in related field or equivalent years of experience in the field is preferred.
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license.
  Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required or must be willing and able to become CPR and First Aid certified.
• External Defibrillator (AED) certification is preferred.

Additional requirements include:

• Must know how to respond to medical alerts and be capable of handling crisis situations.
• Familiarity of basic mechanics of an emergency call system, the enunciator panel, the villa alarms system, the facility keying system, and use of fire suppression equipment.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
