T141 Requirements: - Epic Experience - NON-NEGOTIABLE - 2+ years of Current Med Surg - Required - Peritoneal Dialysis training - Preferred - MUST be willing to float to other units as needed - Experience in Oncology Care and End Of Life Care - Highly Preferred but not required - Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed Certification Requirements: - ACLS (AHA) - BLS (AHA) - NY License Shift Times: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Shift Notes: 24/hrs/week guarantee Travelers from the following counties will not be considered for travel assignments: Albany Columbia Dutchess Fulton Greene Montgomery Rensselaer Saratoga Schenectady Ulster Warren Washington NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
