Position Overview:
Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a per diem Optometrist to join our eye care team locums pool. This position will act as a clinical resource at both the Puyallup Medical Center, Tacoma Medical Center & Silverdale Medical Center.
All applicants must possess a full range of clinical skills and an interest in working with an innovative group practice.

Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $77.87
- Employer Paid Malpractice & Tail Coverage
- Employer Contributions to Social Security
- Eligible to participate in the Medical Group 401(k) Plan
Qualifications
- Required: Doctorate of Optometry - OD
- Preferred: Optometry Residency
- Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
- Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
