Position Summary:
Provide on-site management and administrative services in a small apartment community serving residents with a severe and persistent mental illness. These individuals will receive case management and other clinical services from WellPower.

The posted range represents the full hiring range. Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.
Job Duties & Functions:
- Provide a minimum of 8 hours of office hours for residents each week. Office hours must detail when a tenant can come to the on-site apartment manager's apartment to report any issues.
- Oversee the safety and protective atmosphere of building and residents.
- Secures keys, access cards, door codes, etc., and coordinates security concerns with supervisor and the Safety Manager.
- Model appropriate behaviors
- Identifies and coordinates completion of apartment building's maintenance.
- Calls or files maintenance requests and coordinates completion of residents' maintenance requests/needs within in units in a timely manner.
- Coordinate periodic social activities with apartment residents and other WellPower staff.
- Advise and consult with WellPower case managers and supervisor of changes (unusual behaviors, missing, difficulties) with residents. All treatment decisions shall be made by clinical staff.
- Call for crisis intervention as needed, including but not limited to, reporting any serious rule violations/ illegal activities to supervisor and/or police.
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and apartment inspections with WellPower case managers and residents.
- Follows policy, procedures, and conditions of employment for an on-site apartment manager, including but not limited to: obtaining approved time off in the payroll system and posting the approved time off in a notice to residents, follows WellPower's alcohol and drug free workplace policy, etc.
- Refrains from use of alcohol when on WellPower property.
- Clean common areas: hallways, laundry room, and community space.
- Update supervisor on important issues or concerns regarding the apartments and residents.
- Maintain a trauma-informed environment of wellbeing.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications:
EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED equivalency.
CERTIFICATIONS: Physical and TB required. (must be completed prior to hire, and maintained during employment)
EXPERIENCE: Highly preferred that this individual has lived experience with and/or around behavioral health issues. Prefer previous apartment manager experience and experience working with a disabled population
preferred.
Work Location: Park East
Shift/Hours: Must carry company provided phone at all times and respond to calls/texts. Must be present on-site 12 A.M. to 8 A.M. daily (including weekends), plus an additional four hours per week
(two – 2 hour blocks as agreed upon with Supervisor).
