Wilson Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Cardiology team. The APP will work collaboratively with physicians and staff to provide high-quality, patient-centered cardiac care. This position offers the opportunity to support the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions.

- Perform patient assessments, physical examinations, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Manage and follow adult cardiac patients in the clinic setting.
- Order and interpret ECG's and ambulatory monitors in collaboration with the supervising physicians.
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with practice guidelines, state and federal regulations.
- Provide patient and family education regarding cardiac conditions, procedures, and ongoing care.
- Collaborate with the cardiology team to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement, professional development, and departmental initiatives in accordance with Wilson Health mission, vision and values.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the State of Ohio (or eligibility).
- National certification as an NP or PA.
- Prior cardiology experience as an RN or APP.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
