- You will monitor compliance with regulatory, accrediting and hospital policies for patient services, and environmental and personnel safety.
- You will be responsible for department's operational excellence; ensuring the department delivers quality services in accordance with applicable policies, procedures and professional standards.
- You will seek new program strategies and/or program enhancements which would expand patient services.
- You will be responsible for the fiscal management of department; assuring proper utilization of organization's financial resources. Develop and cost effectively manage the capital, salary, and supply budgets. Justify variances and design corrective solutions proactively.
- You will be responsible for design and maintenance of a competent staffing models to ensure effective patient and staff experience.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
- Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration preferred
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a hospital setting
- 3+ years of surgical services experience- OR, Pre/Post, PAT, SPD
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
