- Responds to requests and routes questions to the appropriate HR team member in a timely and professional manner.
- Supports the employee onboarding process and coordinates new employee orientation.
- Manages confidential and sensitive employee information and adheres to strict privacy standards.
- Schedules meetings, interviews, HR events and provides administrative support to the HR team.
- Manages and administers Service Awards and Perfect Attendance programs.
- Manages electronic employee files in HRIS and Timekeeping System.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects.
- Associate degree in human resource management or communications and/or 1 year related experience in a Human Resource environment required.
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS systems- Paycor experience preferred.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills- both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
