Occupational Health & Employer Services Practice Manager Lead. Grow. Make an Impact. Wilson Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Occupational Health & Employer Services Manager to lead our Occupational Health and Employer Direct Care Clinic operations. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who enjoys developing people, building trusted client relationships, improving systems and workflows, and helping employers support the health and safety of their workforce. The successful candidate will bring operational discipline, strong communication skills, and a service-minded leadership style. This individual will partner closely with internal leaders, physicians, employer clients, and community partners to deliver an exceptional experience for patients, employees, and organizations throughout the region. What You'll Do
- Lead the daily operations of Wilson Health Occupational Health and Employer Direct Care Clinic services.
- Provide supportive leadership to a multidisciplinary team, fostering accountability, engagement, and professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employer clients, community partners, physicians, providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee operational workflows, staffing coordination, service delivery, and process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor operational performance, quality outcomes, client satisfaction, and financial results.
- Partner with leadership to identify service expansion opportunities and support responsible growth of employer-facing services.
- Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health requirements and regulations, including OSHA, DOT, BWC, and related standards.
- Support effective utilization of Epic, Systoc, and other business systems to strengthen documentation, reporting, client service, and operational workflows.
- Represent Wilson Health professionally in employer meetings, client interactions, service recovery conversations, and community engagement opportunities.

- Associate's Degree required in related discipline. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field preferred.
- Five or more years of leadership experience in occupational health, ambulatory healthcare operations, employer health services, practice management, or a related healthcare setting.
- Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, BWC, and occupational health regulations.
- Experience managing teams, operational performance, and service excellence in a healthcare or employer-services environment.
- Experience with Epic, Systoc, electronic medical records, and healthcare business systems preferred.
- Demonstrated success in customer/client relationship management, service recovery, process improvement, and program development.
