Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of Supervisor/Manager, patients, patient families, and the general public. This would include the pediatric client, the adolescent client, the young-middle aged adult client and the geriatric client.
RESPONSIBILITES OF SELF PAY REPRESENTATIVE
- Self-Pay Rep will call patients with outstanding balances to try to collect payment.
- Assist patients in setting up payment plans.
- Covers cashier window as assigned.
- Works mail as it applies to Self-Pay Rep.
- Other duties may be assigned.
