Plant Operations Manager

As the Plant Operations Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our facilities and maintenance teams, ensuring that our hospital environment is safe, compliant, and running at peak performance.   Key Perks and Benefits:

You will: - Lead and develop a diverse team across maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and grounds
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs and ensure timely, high-quality completion of work orders
- Prioritize and triage work effectively, balancing urgent needs with planned maintenance and long-term projects
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring accountability and quality outcomes
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, capital planning, and operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards including Life Safety and environment of care requirements
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Serve as a key leader during emergency situations, ensuring rapid and effective response

Preferred experience:
- Hospital or healthcare facility operations experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
- Experience with regulatory compliance (NFPA, Life Safety Code, ACHC or similar)
- Vendor and contractor management experience
- Budgeting and financial oversight

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in facilities management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership/supervisory experience
- 5+ years of healthcare facilities experience preferred
