The Employment Supervisor is responsible for reducing turnover with the management of the HR Staffing & Recruitment Team by staffing positions with quality candidates that meet the criteria of the positions and Wind Creek Hospitality values. The Employment Supervisor will work to ensure that all positions are staffed in a timely manner by partnering with the hiring manager to understand their hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies. The Employment Supervisor provides a full range of HR support to functional groups within Wind Creek Hospitality to drive programs and processes aimed at improving organizational and individual performance. The Employment Supervisor will contribute to and align with HR Strategy by working in close collaboration with specialized HR Staffing & Recruitment Team and business unit clients to effectively achieve the people goals that support Wind Creek Hospitality objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifies sources of potential candidates from other companies, professional organizations, community agencies, colleges/universities, diversity sources, and other networks
- Ensures Payroll is completed by all departments at the Property and submitted to WCH payroll team
- Maintains relationship with WCH's Drug Testing Vendor. Maintain drug supplies and check up on drug testing results
- Screens applicants over telephone, conduct personal interviews utilizing the behavioral interviewing technique, tests applicants (where appropriate), and recommends applicants for employment. Organizes and conducts open houses for high volume recruiting requirements, when necessary
- Represents the business at job fairs, college recruitment offices, high school placement offices, etc., to identify qualified candidates
- Manages the TERO process for all open positions at the Property and WCH Corporate locations
- Forecasts and analyzes future staffing requirements to ensure appropriate employee preparation and business recruitment activities to staff future positions openings in a proactive manner
- Provides reports on a monthly basis that identify the number of positions filed, duration position was opened and recruiting sources used for each position
- Aggressively and creatively source, recruit, interview, assess and present top-quality potential professionals to managers for hiring consideration
- Assists with all new hire orientations as needed and ensures compliance of all new hire enrollment
- Extends offers of employment, prepare offer letters and respond to candidates not selected
- Provides input and direction in the implementation of HR policies, programs, and procedures & assists line management in implementing HR practices. Partners with employees and management to communicate various HR policies, procedures, laws and standards.

Job Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)
- Associate's Degree in Related field– required
- High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment
- OR Two (2) years' Supervisory experience– required
- OR One (1) year experience as a Dual-Rate Supervisor in a PCI Gaming Department– required
- OR Two (2) years' experience in the hiring position's Department– required
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration AND three (3) years of work experience in Staffing & Recruiting-required
- OR an Associate's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration AND four (4) years of work experience in Staffing & Recruiting-required
- Two (2) years of human resources high volume exempt and non-exempt full life-cycle recruiting experience supporting multiple divisions or locations– required
- Previous experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking Systems such as (Kenexa, Vurv, HR Logix)- preferred
- Experience recruiting qualified candidates for a large variety of positions from a variety of sources
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and candidates
- Knowledge of human resources practices as well as federal and state laws related to employment
- Must have the ability to make precise decisions without compromising the integrity of the company
- Must be able to get along well with all levels of the organization and excel in a team oriented environment
- Experience with technology that supports the recruiting function
- Experience that demonstrates consultative approaches
- Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
- Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position
- Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
