Our Associate Consulting Advisor is accountable for:
- Generating and / or assessing incoming sales leads for the Professional & Industrial Vertical
- Conducting research and analytics and then engaging the subject matter experts and other sales professionals within Kelly who will then move these potential prospects to the next steps in the sales cycle
- Making contact with the client company by making “cold calls” or “warm calls” and / or follow-up calls to assess the size, scope and appropriate contact for the opportunity
- Partnering in development and implementation plans and strategies with the Sales Team
- Articulating the value proposition of the product and service to create viable prospects
- Being the initial point of contact in generating leads, cold calling, prospecting / sourcing new business from the ground up
- Researching additional information about prospective clients, i.e. growth trends, workforce changes, workforce needs, contact names, etc. using third party resources
- Generating new opportunities with C-level contacts using a variety of creative approaches
- Following up on any referrals, webinar lists, etc. to develop prospective sales leads and determine if contact is buyer, where they are in the buying cycle with what potential solution
- Maintaining accurate records of all prospecting activities, including pre-call research, sales calls, e-mail, and planned next step activities
Essential Skills:
- Proven ability to successfully generate new sales leads and consistently achieve overall prospecting goals
- Understanding how to leverage social media contacts into prospects
- Results orientated and accountable for activity based on metrics
- Ability to work in a fast paced, intense work culture and have the ability to adapt to constant change sand competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships at all levels of the organization internally and externally
- Exceptional sales, analytical, communication, interpersonal, consultative and negotiation skills
- Solid business acumen that reflects the ability to grasp complex solutions
- Experience with CRM tools
- Program / Project management experience
