Job Title: Commissions Manager/Specialist
Department: Compensation & Reporting
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm | Remote

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commissions Manager/Specialist to support compensation and billing operations for our Broker Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor teams. This fully remote role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, a background in financial services, and experience working with compensation systems and data processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly technology fees, payment offsets, and non-cash incentive programs
  • Oversee Premium Services billing and NetX360 entitlements
  • Run and review monthly/quarterly commission calculations
  • Research and resolve compensation discrepancies
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Process failed payments and reissues
  • Track invoice billing and accounts payable for BLS/BLAS
  • Audit compensation data for accuracy and integrity
  • Assist with Direct to Fund uploads and DTCC implementations
  • Collaborate across departments and support system troubleshooting

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience with a Broker Dealer and/or Registered Investment Advisor
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
  • Experience with Xtiva/Purefacts or similar compensation platforms
  • Familiarity with Envestnet and NetX360
  • Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hourly Rate (Temp-to-Perm or Contract):
  • Mid-Level: $36 – $45/hour
  • Senior-Level: $45 – $55/hour
