Primary: 2nd Shift 3:00pm-11:00pm

Training will be conducted on 1st Shift 7:00am-3:00pm
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift production team. You will play a key role in operating lap machines, ensuring product quality, and maintaining equipment. Key Responsibilities-
Operate lap machines according to production specifications and schedules

Load and unload materials and perform machine adjustments as needed

Monitor and maintain proper oil levels, cut rates, pressures, and feed speeds

Clean, weigh, and count products for processing

Perform in-process inspections, including ball checks and dimensional measurements

Accurately report process data on routers and log sheets

Pump tanks and change lap slurries

Perform assigned repairs and preventive maintenance (PM)

Ensure inspection equipment is calibrated before use

Maintain and track tooling and cleaning media/equipment
-
Identify and segregate nonconforming products and initiate Discrepancy Reports

Maintain lot traceability and follow safety and operational protocols

Participate in cross-training and stay up to date with new/revised specifications

Support any tasks assigned by Supervisor or Management

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 lbs occasionally

Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks

Ability to use hoists, hand carts, and other equipment for material transport

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions

Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operations

Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
