Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Production Technician I to join our team in the Pick Pack Paper department. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Kimberly, WI
- Pay Rate: $18/hour
- Shift: 6:30am to 5:00pm, Monday - Thursday

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Box up finished products for shipment.
- Backup the paper making department by operating a machine, primarily by pushing buttons and ensuring the proper order for cuts.
- Handle the production of painting paper for art books.
- Fill pastel colors in kits and assemble them according to orders.
- Shrink wrap completed kits to prepare them for shipment.
- Ensure the correct colors are selected for each kit, paying close attention to detail.

Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate machinery and follow standard operating procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
