Kelly, in partnership with a growing R&D and distribution facility is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in Saline, MI!
We are recruiting for a leader who is looking for their long-term home, someone who has conflict resolution skills as well as the ability to interface with varying levels of direct reports, based on peak business.
This is a direct hire position meaning you will be hired directly with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire.

- Shift: 1st shift hours – 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday, with additional hours during peak business
- Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
- Supervise variable work-force during peak projects.
- Follow all safety procedures for work area.
- Ensure daily work procedures are followed by team members.
- Keep current with overall conveyance schedules for production.
- Report KPI for area of work on weekly basis.
- Follow and lead team members in the Standard Work Instructions for job/task.
- Monitor closely inventory to ensure product received meets schedule.
- Seek out and make suggestions for further improvement (Kaizen).
- Provide ongoing coaching to team members as a part of OJT.
- Report immediately abnormal activities
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working in WMS systems as well as Microsoft programs, specifically Excel.
- Ability and willingness to operate a sit down forklift when needed and during non-peak work.
