Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven individual who's passionate about people, culture, and driving positive change.  This position will support the Human Resources function for Summer 2025.

Job Responsibilities

· Perform administrative activities in support of the Human Resources department, assisting with assignments from various HR areas.

· Contribute to the execution of projects and organizational objectives when asked.

· Maintaining employee data in HRIS system, verifying employment and other duties as assigned.

· Assists with planning and execution of special events such as employee engagement, recognition events, committee initiatives, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.

· Perform and promote all activities in compliance with all Federal and state laws and policies of the company.

· Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization.

Qualifications

· Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across a diverse culture

· Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices

· Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
