Overview:
As part of the Enterprise Gateway Services, the A2A Gateways Services team is responsible for creating and managing A2A payments products, enabling safe and secure A2A Payments by partnering with Digital Wallets and Alternate Payment Methods (APMs). This team executes on multi-rail payment strategy of Mastercard to grow share beyond cards and capture account-to-account volumes. Pay by Account (PBA) represents an application that is truly rail-agnostic digital offering and seeks to deliver a smooth, intuitive consumer and customer experience in everyday habitual payments.


Role Description:
· Articulate the business context and manage end-to-end transaction flows for active projects.
· Serve as a key contact for knowledge sharing and product strategy.
· Assess intake requests, propose priorities for the mid-term backlog, and oversee user story grooming.
· Define and document entrance/exit criteria, and drive elaboration with development squads to refine technical requirements.
· Confirm and document input and output models for project integrations
· Ensure comprehensive logging and monitoring implementation
· Understand and apply relevant technologies, CI/CD practices, and release methodologies to effectively manage work.
· Communicate and influence effectively by building strong relationships across internal and external teams.
· Contribute to BizOps playbook documentation for release and support.
· Ensure accuracy in customer-facing documentation.

All about you

The ideal candidate for this position should:

- Demonstrate the ability to complete technical systems analysis and solutioning.

- Solid business analysis skills and knowledge are essential, i.e. the ability to take high level requirements and drill these down into detailed functional requirements under your own initiative

- Demonstrate the ability to collaboratively design solutions that both enhance the product offering, and work within the design principles.

- Comfortable working at a detailed level with interface specifications & doing related data mappings to and from APIs.

- Ability to work collaboratively with development and business stakeholders within an Agile team.

- Able to communicate effectively with both business & technical audiences.

- Experience in technology relating to banking and payments; particularly strong working knowledge and understanding of Digital Payments and Account to Account payments
- Understanding of how payment schemes work, including ISO8583 messages authorization and clearing files

- Empowerment and accountability, demonstrating independent thinking and a collaboration mindset

- Committed to deliver on time and to quality standards.

- Willingness to learn and get stuck in with a passion of curiosity.
