The Stepping Stones Group is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team in Wauconda, IL!

Job Details:

• Full-Time: 37.5 hours/week
• Caseload: 2 school sites (3 days a week at the first school site, 2 days a week at the second school site)
• Utilize specialized teaching strategies and tools to enhance learning and engagement for students.
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, therapists, families, and other professionals to promote student success and integration into broader educational settings.
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods accordingly.
• Foster a nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, empathy, and self-confidence among students.

Requirements:

• Master's degree Speech-Language Pathology 
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in IL with PEL
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
