- Ideally, the Company s Electrical Application Engineering Personnel should have a BSEE; however, an Associate s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a strong background working in an electrical engineering environment might suffice. Experienced configuring component layout within control panels.
- Experience with AutoCAD, or a similar CAD type system is a requirement.
- In addition, such an individuals must have the ability and desire to learn and adapt new technologies and techniques that will improve the performance and productivity of their efforts, and enhance the quality of the work they produce. Upon being allocated a particular job assignment,
- Electrical Application Engineering Personnel generate all electrical drawings necessary to satisfy the requirements of a given application; the drawings are for use by the customer and the Company s Production Department.
- The drawings typically include schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and field interconnection diagrams. Drawings are generated via the latest version of AutoCad installed on PCs located at the employee s workstation.
- Also, familiarity with the operation of PLCs, and their programming would be a plus.
