The Sr. Director Solutions Architect will provide customer experience solutions to our clients and prospects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a sound understanding of the scope, business requirements, and win strategy in order to design tailored, strategic solutions that deliver both business value for prospects and clients and mitigating operational and commercial risk for RCX.
In this role you will- Provide solution design expertise that encompasses all the capabilities, processes, technologies and people programs that are delivered by ResultsCX
- Apply knowledge of market insights/trends and competitive landscape, including technologies, i.e.,
- Process Automation / Analytics / Omni-Channel, etc, to design strategic solutions.
- Coordinate and facilitate all activities surrounding solution development, working within key stakeholder groups to socialize solution design, and source solution cost inputs and approvals
- Employ knowledge of the various commercial/pricing models used in selling BPO solutions to clients, including gainshare, outcomes based, TCO, and transformation models.
- Collaborate with all levels of an organization, including senior executives in sales, products, technology and operations, across multiple companies required, and in several countries.
- Follow documented processes and procedures to develop solutions that mitigate risk and provide value-based outcomes to prospects and clients
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert (SME), and when needed, support Sales Lead as client facing external SME, on key topics in the BPO space, including traditional offerings, analytics, and technology offerings, as well as trends in the customer experience industry
- Participate in, either remotely or directly on-site, a variety of client facing activities, such as presentations, site visits, due diligence sessions, etc.
- Collect, analyze, and operationalize improvement strategies as identified from scorecard and time keeping activities
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study or equivalent education, training, and experience.
- 10+ years of experience in BPO industry.
- RFP/Project Management Experience.
- Experience in developing business solutions/cost value calculations.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience at ResultsCX.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification.
